Strategic Planning Advisors LLC (SPA) was founded in2005 with the expressed purpose of providing high level strategic consulting services to senior management teams. The concept was to create a strategy planning process that was relevant to companies regardless of size or industry.

Since its founding, SPA has facilitated major strategy efforts for over twenty companies, four of which are on the New York Stock Exchange, and range from real estate investment trusts to major manufacturers to high level discretionary medical procedures. In addition, SPA has provided advice in public proxy disputes and "C" level management team transitions.
